Q: Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the USA. All orders ship free to any U.S. address.
Q: How long will my order take?
Orders are roasted fresh and typically ship within 2–3 business days. Delivery times may vary by location, but most customers receive their coffee within 5–7 days.
Q: What is your return/refund policy?
Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once bags are opened. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us and we’ll make it right.
Q: How do I keep my coffee fresh?
Store your coffee in an airtight container, away from heat and light. Whole beans stay fresh longer than pre-ground.
