Shipping

At Dripara Coffee, all orders are prepared fresh and shipped with care.

  • Coffee
    • Roasted fresh to order.
    • Typically ships within 2–3 business days.
    • Most orders arrive within 5-7 business days of shipping. 
  • Merchandise (mugs, apparel, accessories, etc.)
    • Produced individually when you order.
    • May ship separately from your coffee.
    • Usually ships within 3–5 business days, with delivery in 5–10 business days depending on location.

👉 If you order both coffee and merchandise, don’t worry, they may arrive in separate packages, but everything is on the way.


Returns & Refunds

  • Coffee
    • Because coffee is a perishable product, we cannot accept returns once bags are opened.
    • If your coffee arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.

 

  • Merchandise
    • Each item is custom-made when you order, so we cannot accept returns for size or preference.
    • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement at no cost.
