Orders & Payments
- All payments are processed securely.
- Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
- Once you place an order, we begin preparing it right away.
Shipping
- Coffee is roasted fresh and typically ships within 2–3 business days.
- Merchandise (like mugs or apparel) is custom-made when you order and may ship separately.
- Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.
Returns & Refunds
- Coffee (a perishable product) cannot be returned once opened.
- We’ll replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect if you contact us within 7 days.
- Merchandise is custom-made, so we only replace items that are damaged or misprinted.
Privacy & Security
- We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only to process your order and improve your shopping experience.
- We never sell or share your information with outside parties except for secure payment and shipping providers.
Intellectual Property
