Orders & Payments

  • Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice.
  • Once you place an order, we begin preparing it right away.

Shipping

  • Coffee is roasted fresh and typically ships within 2–3 business days.
  • Merchandise (like mugs or apparel) is custom-made when you order and may ship separately.
  • Delivery times vary, but most orders arrive within 5–10 business days.

Returns & Refunds

  • Coffee (a perishable product) cannot be returned once opened.
  • We’ll replace or refund any item that arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect if you contact us within 7 days.
  • Merchandise is custom-made, so we only replace items that are damaged or misprinted.

Privacy & Security

  • We respect your privacy. Your personal information is used only to process your order and improve your shopping experience.
  • We never sell or share your information with outside parties except for secure payment and shipping providers.

Intellectual Property

  • All logos, designs, and content on our website belong to Dripara Coffee Company and may not be used without permission.
